Television is said to have been invented in the year 1927 following a series of other inventions which has made the television what it is today. other historic invents that occurred in that same year include the first transatlantic telephone call from New york City to London (1). Also, Ford Motor Company ceased the manufacturing of Ford Model Ts after manufacturing 15 million cars (2). That same year, they started selling the Ford Model A (3). Another historic event was the formation of Pan American Airways (4). Also, the color television was invented by John Logie Baird (5), the talking pictures invented in US (6), the Videophone was also invented in US (7), the pop up toaster by Paul Strite was invented (8), the Quartz Timekeeping (9) by Hans Wildorf(from England) in Switzerland was invented and Finally, the Iron Lung(10) invented by P Drinker and LA Shaw... it enables a person breathe when the work of breathing exceeds the person's ability.

  2. The first true television system (with gradations of light and shade) was demonstrated to the Royal Institution and a reporter from 'The Times' on January 26, 1926.It was conducted by the inventor, John Logie Baird.

    In 1927 television was evented by Philo Farnsworth assisted by the 14-year-old Mormons' idea while working on his father's Idaho farm which proved to be a critical breakthrough in invention of the television in 1921.

Mowing hay in rows, Philo realized an electron beam could scan a picture in horizontal lines, reproducing the image almost instantaneously.     In 1884, a 23 year old German university graduate student, Paul Gottlieb Nipkow proposed and patented the first electro mechanical telivision system. During this period, the image rasterized for television became exceedingly common and remained in use till 1939.

    In that year one remarkable event happened that has influenced and entertained the lives of many. Television popularly called 'T.V" was invented. The whole process started a little rough around the edges but as time went by it was perfected and is still getting better.
